Very sunny day (must remember suncream and sunglasses next time!). Had a few nibbles throughout the session, but didn’t hook anything. Probably struck too early on most bites. Also had a nightmare initially with the line, as just put a new spool of line on, then cast it and it snapped on the first go as I hadn’t held it tight when reeling it onto the spool! Was joined by a few people along the beach and they didn’t look like they were catching much either. Also a tip of advice, avoid casting near groynes as they can be a pain in the neck if you accidently cast over the top of one! Better luck next time.
